This histology book includes unique video content, clear line diagrams, and helpful review questions for practical exams. However, it needs several improvements on: practical microscope usage, nuanced information (acknowledgment of human cadaveric tissue use...etc), avoiding poor quality micrographs. Despite these, its clear diagrams and applied aspects are valuable. Recommended for note-taking and passing exams, lacking in detailed textual information and top-tier micrographs to develop cell identification skills.

This book provides concise and great insight into the tissue and its images without being too boring and long about the content within. I truly like the book as it facilitates the undergraduates to understand in a more precise and concise way. I want to recommend this book for its great content and use of new curriculum guidelines. The book has great back questions in the form of MCQs and exercise. There are points of identification after each topic making it readily available for practical purposes.

The book is well-organized, beginning with the basics of tissue structures, then moving on to more complex systems such as the nervous and circulatory systems. Each chapter is structured to first explain the fundamental concepts, followed by detailed histological explanations and clinical correlations.
One thing I really liked is the direct identification features of the slide which is more useful for us pursuing undergraduate medical course and the clinical correlations that might help in the next year subject of pathology...another thing is book is small and easy to carry unlike other heavyweight books of histology...online resource of this book is also available and easy to access. however, chapters summaries are missing which might help in learning stuff

I have recently purchased it and find it to be value for money, I received it during my first-year exams and it really helped me a lot during histology exam preparation as it contains everything a medico need having easy to remember identification points of slides and easy to draw diagrams .Each chapter begins with fundamental concepts and detailed histological correlations with the related diagrams and in the end there is clinical correlation too present to enhance your practical knowledge . One thing I found very helpful is easy to grasp identification points which are very helpful for medical undergraduates like us and the clinical correlation too which is asked in modern days frequently during viva inspite of book's comprehensive coverage is a strength it can also be a drawback some of you may find sheer volume of information overwhelming
